Product Description
The exhaust fan with "Heavy Hammer" system (pendulum/counterweight opening) is the ideal solution for efficient ventilation and climate control in poultry halls of any size. Powered exclusively by a three-phase network (380V), this equipment is designed to operate flawlessly in the demanding conditions of poultry farms. The special counterweight mechanism ensures smooth and complete opening of the shutters during operation, maximizing exhaust airflow. When stopped, the shutters close perfectly sealed, preventing the entry of cold air, rain or pests into the hall.

Equipped with 6 blades made of 430 stainless steel (Krupp Stainless Steel, 1.2 mm thickness), formed by stamping with a special aerodynamic design that ensures high air volume and prevents deformation over time.
Robust and anti-corrosive frame
Built from hot-dip galvanized steel sheet with protective zinc layer of 80g/m², with 0.8 mm thick sides, specially designed to resist the corrosive environment (ammonia, humidity) specific to poultry farms.
Reliable 380V industrial motor
Robust three-phase motor with 100% copper wire winding. Benefits from IP55 protection class (excellent resistance to dust and water jets) and insulation class F, ensuring long service life even in continuous operation conditions.
High-quality transmission
Fans are equipped with durable transmission belts from world-renowned brands such as Mitsubishi (Japan) or Sanlux.

Resistance structure
A stable wall or metal frame capable of taking the weight of the equipment and normal operating vibrations
