Working Principle
The metal silo is designed for outdoor storage of large quantities of feed (pelletized feed or flour) and automatic transfer to the bird hall. The working principle is hydrodynamic and gravitational:
- Loading: Feed is pneumatically pumped from the supply truck (through the filling pipe) or mechanically lifted with a rigid loading auger directly through the roof top hatch
- Storage: Due to the corrugated sheet and ventilation system at the roof level, hot air is evacuated, preventing condensation and preserving feed quality
- Discharge: The silo base has a precisely calculated conical shape. Under gravity action, feed slides smoothly to the lower discharge opening. From there, it is taken by the main feed line collector (Main Feed Line), where the 380V three-phase motor drives the spiral that will transport feed directly to the hall, at the moment commanded by intelligent sensors

Product Advantages
Perfect flow, no blockages
The conical base is designed with a steep angle (usually 60°), ensuring continuous feed flow and eliminating arching or feed sticking to walls.
Extremely stable structure
Support legs are made of robust steel profiles, reinforced on multiple levels by bracing (bars curved in "X" shape). Design offers excellent resistance to strong winds, earthquakes and supports the massive weight of the full silo.
Weather resistance and sealing
Corrugated sheet panels reflect solar heat. Joints are sealed with special insulating strips and screws with rubber gasket, preventing 100% water infiltration.
Intelligent ventilation system
The top cover has a design that allows air circulation, eliminating accumulated moisture inside and maintaining feed quality.
