Product Description
The industrial cone-type fan (Cone Fan) represents the supreme solution for tunnel ventilation systems in large poultry farms. Its special design, equipped with an exhaust cone, directs airflow and minimizes turbulence, significantly increasing extraction capacity compared to standard fans. The equipment operates exclusively on the 380V three-phase network and is available in two aerodynamic design variants: with butterfly opening (Butterfly cone fan) or with classic shutters (Shutters cone fan).

The presence of the exhaust cone helps guide the air, reducing resistance and allowing an impressive air volume of 45,000 m³/h to be moved.
Extremely resistant structure
The standard frame is made of hot-dip galvanized steel sheet (80g/m² zinc layer, with thicknesses of 1.0 mm top/bottom and 0.8 mm on sides). Optionally, for extremely corrosive environments, the frame can be made entirely of stainless steel.
Superior quality stainless steel blades
Features 6 blades made of 430BA quality stainless steel (Krupp Stainless Steel) 1.2 mm thick, processed by special stamping to maintain perfect dynamic balance and prevent deformation.
Premium motor and advanced 380V protection
1.1 kW three-phase motor with 100% copper winding, available in versions from established manufacturers (including Siemens). Benefits from IP55 protection class, insulation class F and a phase loss protection device, which automatically stops the fan in case of voltage drops, thus preventing motor burnout.
Flexibility in drive
Standard transmission is through high-quality belts (Mitsubishi Japan), but the equipment can be configured on request with direct drive system. The motor support is extremely robust, made of 2.5 mm galvanized steel.

Mounting hole and exterior space
This equipment requires a mounting hole in the wall of at least 1380×1380 mm. Due to the cone, the total depth of the equipment is 1300 mm, which is why sufficient free space is needed on the exterior of the hall.
