Automatic distribution with pans for direct bird feeding
Working Principle
The secondary feeding system takes feed from the main line and distributes it directly to the birds inside the hall. The process unfolds as follows:
- Feed is discharged into the reception hopper located at the end of the interior line
- The three-phase electric motor (380V) drives a flexible spiral (auger) inside the feeding tubes
- As the spiral rotates, feed is transported along the tube and falls through predefined openings directly into the feed pans
- At the end of the line, in the last pan, an intelligent sensor is installed. When the control pan fills up, the sensor automatically stops the motor. As birds consume feed and the level drops, the sensor commands system restart, ensuring permanently fresh feed without manual intervention

Product Advantages
Optimized pan design
Equipped with 14 or 16 dividing grids, the pans allow simultaneous feeding of multiple birds, preventing crowding and feed waste through scratching. Available in various color combinations (red, yellow, white) to stimulate bird appetite.
Uniform distribution
Tubes can be configured with 3 or 4 openings per 3-meter section, allowing adaptation of feeder density to your farm specifications.

Top anti-corrosive protection

Installation Utilities Required
To put the secondary feed line into operation, you need:
- Three-phase electrical supply: 380V connection for each motor at the end of feeding lines
- Climate and feeding automation panel: To coordinate sensors with line motors
- Winch suspension system: The entire feeding line must be suspended on steel cables, connected to a winch (manual or electric), to allow height adjustment of pans as chicks grow, but also complete raising of lines during hall cleaning
