Automatic nipple system for clean and fresh water
Working Principle
The watering system works on the principle of controlled water release on demand, providing birds with fresh and clean water non-stop. The process is as follows:
- Water is filtered and passes through a medicator (e.g. Dosatron), which allows automatic addition of vitamins or treatments.
- Water reaches the pressure regulator at the end of the line, which distributes it with optimal and constant pressure along the square PVC pipes (Square pipe)
- Birds touch the metal rod of the nipple with their beak, triggering an internal valve that immediately releases water
- Any surplus water that escapes from the bird\
Product Description
The square pipe watering system is the industry standard for hygienic and efficient raising of broiler chickens, laying hens or breeders. The system is completely closed, which eliminates the risk of water contamination with dust, feed or bacteria from the external environment.
The line is fully equipped with suspension accessories, allowing precise height adjustment as the bird population grows, from the first day of life to slaughter.

Installation Utilities Required
For system installation and operation, the following are required:
- Water pumping system (380V): An industrial three-phase pump to ensure the necessary water flow from well or network to the hall storage tanks
- Ceiling support structure: Beams or metal profiles for fixing pulleys and steel cables that support watering lines (and related feeding lines)
- Clean water source: Filtered water to prevent blockage of fine valves inside nipples
