The high-quality Nylon66 centrifugal system ensures automatic opening of shutters at a perfect angle of 90 degrees. This mechanism eliminates air resistance and guarantees a massive volume of ventilated air.
Structural durability
The frame is made of hot-dip galvanized steel sheet with resistant zinc layer of 80g/m², offering excellent protection against rust. Thickness of 1.0 mm for top and bottom frame and 0.8 mm for sides.
High-quality stainless steel blades
Features 6 blades made of 430 stainless steel (Krupp Stainless Steel) with a thickness of 1.2 mm, designed with a special aerodynamic profile to prevent deformation and reduce noise.
Robust 380V industrial motor
High-efficiency three-phase motor, equipped with 100% copper winding. Offers IP55 protection class (resistance to dust and high humidity) and insulation class F, ideal for intensive use.
High-precision components
The centrifugal system fixing is made with copper rivets and 304 stainless steel guide rods, and the transmission is ensured by premium industrial quality belts (renowned brands such as Mitsubishi Japan or Sanlux).
